Hey peeps, for those who have the iphone 13 mini starlight what are your thoughts on the color after a few months with it also what color case did you think look best with it, sharing any pictures would be awesome as well....

I have an SE 2022 in Starlight and an Apple Watch in Starlight. My husband has the iPad mini in Starlight. I got that in purple and now wish I’d gotten Starlight.
It’s an elegant color that doesn’t show fingerprints as easily. The aluminum color is very good balance between warm and cool.
I use a clear case but I think just about any color leather or silicone case would look good. Black carbon fiber would be a nice contrast. It’s a color that goes well with just about anything except maybe neon colors. It’s a bit too warm and would clash more than plain white.
Warm earth toned cases would be a good match. Like greens and browns.

I got the SE in Starlight as well and it’s a classy colour. It changed my perspective how I view “white” iPhones as being too feminine. It is clean, pristine and elegant all at the same time. If I’m ever getting an aluminium iPhone with a glossy back, I’ll get the “white” model from herein. The darker colours show lots of lint and fingerprints on the back.
13 mini starlight. Almost all cases are going to cover the gold color on the front screen, so whatever color you get, that’s what will show with the black screen. (I have black case, so front of phone is all black when I look at it. Spigen, by the way, which I loved for years now. Has tabs and lip that protects camera bump, and front edge that is above screen to place face down. Screenshot below)
On the back, you can have clear back and it will show the white color (but hide the gold band).
So, I rock it case-less mostly, and if you liked the gold 5s or the gold 7, then you’ll appreciate the gold on the aluminum band. The light “wheat” colored gold (or “champagne”) pairs nicely with the white on the back really nicely.
My biggest gripe with starlight is that it really needs a white face as well. (You know how old white iPhones had the white screen “header” and “footer”?) The faceid phones don’t have much of this, but it really would make the front of the phone look better by pairing with the gold edge better. (But then you’d have this fugly faceid area in white, so cut the losses)
Where the black header and footer are REALLY unfortunate is on the SE’s on the starlight/white. The old style of white/gold was WAY better.
