iPhone 13 Pro iPhone 13 Pro apps become frozen/unresponsive at times

Anyone else running into this?

Brand new iPhone 13 Pro. I’m on the latest iOS. But even before I updated, apps would just randomly become unresponsive.

The phone itself isn’t freezing because I can swipe up and go to home when it happens. It is frequent and unpredictable. It’s like my touches aren’t being registered. This also occurs when I browse websites on safari.

I had this problem since the beginning. I tried resetting the phone and that didn’t help. Anyone else seeing this issue?

Not sure if this is hardware or software related, but it’s mega annoying. Something is definitely wrong.

Same thing is happening to my iPhone 13 pro. Might have to go to the apple store

It continues to happen and it’s annoying. The phone literally just craps out randomly throughout the day. Taps are completely unresponsive at random.

Just started happening to mine. I can swipe home but apps become unresponsive to touch.

It has happened occasionally on my 8 Plus on iOS 14.8 too. Usually Safari. Eventually unsticks and works normally.
My 6 Plus on iOS 9 never temporarily froze in six years.

If it happens after you revert to factory condition with no iCloud data on the device you might have a hardware issue. Give that try first though.
