Whenever I take photos with my Iphone Pro 13, the photos look great. But... if it takes a Live Photo, the "live" parts look much darker particularly when I take photos outside. For example, I went to take photos yesterday outside and it was a sunny day. The "key" photo looks like a sunny day but when I press to play the "live photo," it looks cloudy. Anybody else experiencing this? Any recommendations?

It's normal because the live part is just a video, whereas the "key" photo is the actual photo with added post processing to make it pop. Even more so if it's an HDR photo (you'll see the sky "enlighten")

I just reviewed a bunch of Live Photos I took over the weekend. I couldn’t see any lighting difference between the Live part and the photo itself. I’d be pretty tempted to call Apple. If you can, maybe get with a friend with the same model and try taking identical pictures and compare the results.

The difference is starker with low light photos or HDR photos with the sky or big brightness differences (sunsets etc.). There can also be photos with pretty much no difference to their live counterpart. It really depends. And it's really just software, I would not be concerned at all.
