iPhone 13 Pro Max Apple Leather Magsafe Disconnects Battery Pack

I have the Magsafe Battery Pack connected to my Apple Leather case for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. It seems to constantly disconnect and reconnect every few minutes. I've attached the Magsafe Battery Pack directly to the Phone w/o the case, and the issue isn't present.

Anyone else having a connection issues through the Apple Leather iPhone 13 Pro Max case?

I use the Apple wireless charging battery pack with a clear magsafe Spigen case and have no problem. Maybe the leather case is too thick?

I wonder if the phone is coming out of the case slightly. Look at the bottom corners when the battery disconnects, see if they are closer to the front edge if the case, and try to push the phone back in to see if it reconnects. My phone slips out of the apple silicone case slightly all the time.
