i have the sierra blue 13 pro max and was wondering what would the best clear case be that either has magsafe or would at least be able to be held up by the belkin 3 in 1 charger w/ magsafe

Depends if you mind the MagSafe ring showing.
I have the tech 21 evo clear case and it’s very good. Grippy, not slippery and very strong magnets that attaches to the belkin 3 in 1 securely.

I bought the Zagg Santa Cruz snap case. I was hoping the blue magsafe ring would be closer to the phone color so it wouldnt be as noticeable. It’s still pretty noticeable tho.

I’m sure you’ve considered it, but I’m trying out the Apple clear case right now. The only thing that has me unsure on whether to keep it is that the bottom has a tiny bit of wiggle and fear of cracking of the case.

Otherwise, it looks great to me and the buttons are much better this year.

Daughter and I are both waiting on blue ProMax‘s and we each prefer a clear case. I‘m tempted to buy one Apple and one Spigen for a real world test.

I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max clear case for my Sierra Blue.

There does seem to be some slight issues with the fit this time around, as it feels a little loose around the bottom.

I went through several clear cases for my iPhone 12 (3rd party) including ones by Spigen and ESR, but they ended up turning yellow within a week or so. Then I went with the Apple Clear Case & it didn’t yellow at all in the months that I had it.

This time around I just went straight in with the Apple Clear Case.

Does it not annoy you? I’d probably stick with it if it were not for this issue. It annoys the heck out of me feeling the phone move around. Apparently some are not loose, but I don’t want to have to go through 3-4 cases to get one that fits tight.

You weren’t asking me, but I do find it mildly annoying. I have a 13 “regular” and the case is somewhat loose. But it’s not so loose that I can’t deal with it. It’s easier to remove now than their past iterations of the clear case. It also hasn’t cracked at the bottom corners like the clear case for the 12/12pro cases were prone to within hours of putting them on. So it’s not ideal, but it’s a different kind of flaw on a product that has always had minor ones, IMO.

It’s frustrating that every material has some sort of downside. The Apple clear case is probably the only clear case type that won’t yellow, but the tolerances for the fit seem very fickle and it doesn’t handle impact well. If someone could make a soft clear case that can’t yellow, I think that you be perfect.

I feel very torn on whether to keep my silicone blue jay case or the clear. I just can’t decide how much the looseness bother me.

I'm about to order an iPhone 13 Pro, was going to go for the Blue with a clear case (I usually use Apple cases) but I hate the big ugly MagSafe rings. Any really good cases that are clear and plain?
If not, I'd be as well getting one of the other colours that combine better with colourful cases.

Caudabe makes a all clear hard case.

I say Apples. I screwed up and went with the Totallee clear case based on their claim on how thin it is. However, after comparing it with Apples clear case, the size is virtually the same. Apples is much better build quality and even though Totallee claims theirs is Magsafe compatible, It is NOT! I pretty much wasted my money. I didn't think I would like the MagSafe symbol on the back, but I am actually digging it. Live and learn.

I’ve bought a 100% clear case that I’m very happy with: Spigen Liquid Crystal.

It fits very snuggly the iPhone, and is completely transparent. It looks very protective and, at the same time, it doesn’t add too much bulk. It is made out of clear TPU. I would definitely recommend it, and it’s not expensive, between 15 and 18 bucks, maybe even less if you find a deal like me.

Mine is for the 13 mini, but I’m sure Spigen makes it for the Pro and the Pro Max as well.

I have that one, as well. It’s pretty good. You just have to know that it’ll eventually yellow. The price is low enough though to where it doesn’t really matter if you have to replace it once a year or so.

Yeah, I imagined that, eventually, that would happen. But I'm fine buying a new one after a year of usage.
Eventually maybe I'll get a Spigen Liquid Air to have a black one, but so far, this clear one is really good!
