Well, not sure if this is something anyone else has experienced.
I livestream, and yesterday using my iPhone 13 pro max for the third time during a stream, the YouTube app disconnected.
However this time YouTube informed me I was offline - the stream will lose connection, but this message NEVER appears. This is always just a cell tower switchover or lack of bandwidth (my streams are on the Las Vegas Strip so that happens with all the traffic on the network).
Anyhow, this time I minimized the app and there were NO bars. The cellular connection really was gone.
First time it came back on its own in a few seconds, but the second time I had to toggle airplane mode to force it.
Now the first day after leaving the apple store I was unable to use any data. The bars were there and the 5g indicator was present, and a reset of the wireless settings fixed that.
This does not look good. I have never had any phone completely lose all its bars in three years of streaming, be it a high end android or the 12 Pro Max.
I am on Verizon.
