iPhone 13 pro max not charging

Hi all,

My first time to post something here..
My iphone 13 pro max is not charging, not sure if it's related to a IOS update to 16.5
I tried all solutions I could find online, force restart, restart, upgrade to the last IOS 17, even wireless did not work.
At the end it was sent to repair but no news yet....

I was thinking if sending to repair is a wise decision... not sure if the device has something wrong, or is it just a bug from IOS update.
Any thoughts please?
