iPhone 13 Pro Max iPhone 13 Pro Max or new iPhone 14 Plus?

Getting my wife a new phone. She only cares about screen size, and currently has an 11 Pro Max.

What are your thoughts on getting the iPhone 13 Pro Max or the 14 Plus?

From what I see so far, if the price of the 13 Pro Max was within $100 of the 14 Plus, get the 13?

If the 14 Plus becomes true and is 6.7inch I’d say she should get that as it would probably be lighter to hold in hand as well (aluminium versus steel on the Pros).

I have never had the larger/PRO/MAX sizes but considering turning in my 12 for the 14 PLUS (or whatever Apple decides to call it) and try the larger screen. (If I was a woman and usually carried my iPhone in a purse I wouldn't be thinking about it.) Never was completely attracted to the additional features of the PRO models - though as an advanced photographer the camera improvements are very interesting - but the larger "standard" model is getting my attention. (Just hope it fits comfortably in my jean pockets and not fall out of my gym shorts/pants LOL.)
