Yes, and have been for a while but the question was about when iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max models will be available. If Apple follows similar release schedules as in the past, the 13s should be available by February or March of next year.

Yes, and some 12 models have already been available this year on and off since March. There are 12 and 12 Pro models available right now.
