As posted on similar sites, someone has already unboxed iPhone 13 Pro Max devices.

I first called "fake" too, but take a look at the serial numbers at 0:58 (Serial L20Y0HY4V3, IMEI 351999620506038) and 01:18 (Serial JWR52NLWDD, IMEI 351999620979151). They both show up in Apple's system as unactivated 13 Pro Maxes (https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ and https://imeicheck.com/iphone-imei-check).

So these are either good fakes with legit serial numbers, or someone's in trouble - the IMEI's are clearly visible in the video, too.

Another interesting thing to note is at around 1:53, it's very clear the cameras are of the "raised" lens type, aka new.

I was going to translate this but there's nothing said of importance or interest. The only thing that's mildly interesting is that the guy says these phones are 'Canadian stock'

Genuinely curious if Apple will flag these and go after the "leakers". The way they've been clamping down on leaks lately makes me think something will come of this.

It's entirely possible - given that guy (sitting at the table near the end) gave his name and owned up to the fact that HE'S the one who's got a hold of them I'm going to guess Apple will give it a go. They know it's Dubai, they know the name and they have the Canada information - probably enough to go on I reckon.

Though on the flip side is it worth it, from Apple's perspective?

Maybe not, who knows. Embargo for reviews ends tomorrow at 9am PT as far as I know, so we're not getting much new info early.
