Agreed, I gave them a chance multiple times and didn’t learn from my own experience but those Apple cases always fall apart within a year for me. When I complained they claimed „normal wear“ like bruh … chipped off silicon on the corners, stuck volume buttons on the leather case aren’t normal wear to me. Now I use a 3,99€ version from AliExpress and no complains so far!
New case options are always welcome to allow us to freshen up our incredible iPhone 14 Pro Maxes mid-cycle.

The orange is not new and has been a colour since launch

I have the orange apple leather case on my 14 Pro and it’s aged beautifully. The patina is so nice. I prefer it over the golden brown color of years past.

It's about time they released that shade of purple for my Deep purple 14 Pro Max. I'd given up hoping. It figures, I find this out a day after I ordered one from Spigen. The Spigen one will be nice and light and sturdy.
I'll switch between them both because I always get at least one Apple silicone case for my phones.
I have been using a clear case and I really enjoyed it, but it's starting to turn slightly brown as clear cases often do.
I do hope they release yellow iphones. I think it's a fun color and I will enjoy seeing them around. I had fun with my yellow Xr, but that year they did a terrible job coloring the aluminum to match.

They did many years ago - it was a grey leather one called storm grey. I had one and it was ace! looked really smart, I think mine was for the 7 plus.

Honestly the Apple cases are SO MUCH nicer than alternatives. Leather feels much better than silicone (less "sticky"), they pop on and off easily, and they are thin enough to allow wireless charging.
I just wish Apple would get with the program and produce a similar set of nice AirPods/Pro cases with a carabiner attachment. Yes, I can (and do) have one from AMZ for $7. But I'd pay 3x that for something nicer. Another untapped market is cases for the Siri remote.
Nah. Not worth the premium you pay for an Apple iphone case. Besides, for a company that brags about how “green” they are… selling leather cases is kind of hypocritical. Factory farming is not only unethical, it’s one of biggest contributors to man made climate change. Just saying. It’d be so easy for them to provide vegan leather for their cases like Tesla does with their cars. But even if they did, they’d still be overpriced. I have never once had an issue with a 3rd party silicone or synth leather case at a third or quarter of what Apple charges for theirs.
