iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone 14 PM screen flashing/dimming for milliseconds ( IOS 16.4 )

I’m using an iPhone 14 PM.

Ever since I have updated to IOS 16.4. I have noticed that when switching to different apps (or different functions within an app) the screen will flash momentarily, for literally less than 1/4 of a second, almost like it forgot to be at full brightness for a short second. The Screen flickers while closing the Gallery app after looking at some pictures. Also while watching some IG Reels or videos, but only on Full Screen. It doesn't happen on any other apps or when calls, messages, safari, YouTube... Only on those 2 occasions.

I’ve never had this issue until updating to the latest IOS. 16.4.1 didn't fix the issue.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

I have exactly the same issue with exactly the same two apps on iOS 16.4 and 16.4.1 on my 12 mini

I also have a 12 Mini. I have noticed some flickering after updating to 16.4.1. I will try to do a screen recording of it to see if it appears, but it is very unpredictable and does not happen often.
