Couldn’t get past “Almost there” screen until 8:08am EST, then none of my preorder info was there! Wasted precious time trying to start over, then I decided to try the Apple store app on my iPad Mini instead. At least NOW it remembered me, but I still had to re-enter my CC info. This system is hosed, especially with the iPhone Upgrade Program.
Finally placed my order after 30 minutes.
Thank the angels I was able to still get in-store pickup on 9/16.
