My iPhone 14 Pro consistently emits 8 to 10 beeping sounds every morning at 8:58. (Please refer to the provided link for reference.)

This sound is also present when the phone is in vibrating mode.

I've reached out to the Apple service center five times regarding this issue, but they have been unable to identify the cause of the sound. We even attempted to resolve it by erasing the phone's data, yet the sound persists at the same time daily.

Consequently, I requested a replacement phone from Apple, but the new device also produces the same sound at 8:58 AM.

I even went so far as to create a new Apple ID, yet the phone continues to produce the identical sound.

If anyone has insights into why this sound is occurring, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Very strange. A few questions:

  • Has it always been happening since you got the phone?
    • If not, when did it start?
  • When you erased the phone's data and it still made the sound, did you restore all your data/apps from a backup when it made the sound, or did you leave the phone set up a brand new phone with nothing but default apps?

The only thing I can think of is some apps can make a sound even with mute switch on. I'm thinking of a weightlifting app I used called Strong that had a switch to make a sound even when the mute switch was on for when my rest timer between sets was up. Maybe you have some sort of alarm/reminder app that has a setting like this?

Hi,

Q:
  • Has it always been happening since you got the phone?
    • If not, when did it start?
A: When I bought the phone, it started the sound at 8:58 AM.

A: This phone exhibited the same beeping sound even in a clean state.

Thank you for your kind replies.

Sounds a little bit like the sound my iPhone made during a cell broadcast alarm test…

Edit: nvm

OP stated in post #1 that the first phone has already been replaced, the issue continued on the new iPhone.

I think it is strange that you just get beeps without any kind of on-screen notification.

Maybe try Settings in Calendar. Go to Default Alert Times, and check if there are any changes there. You could simply try changing everything in that Default Alert Times to None. (something is making the noise, and always at the same time. Has to be an alert of some kind. You just have to discover what it is. Could be in your iCloud settings, too.

Are you using or at least have installed the Dexcom G6 app? Some users in the apple support forum report also beeping which was caused by the app...
Or try removing the sim card and check if the problem still occours. As written the sound reminds me of some sort of network related alert, without a sim this shouldn´t be possible.

So you set it up as a new phone without any backups and without installing any additional apps? And without connecting to any calendar? And it still is making this sound? That is nearly hard to believe.

Hi, No, I did not used Dexcom app. And I removed SIM and it still showed same sound.

Hi, No, I did not added any app and do not using the calendar.

Maybe it is not your iphone software that is sounding the notification/alarm.(and your iPhone beeps when something on the network tells it to beep?)
Turn OFF the WiFi before 8:58. Do you still get the beeps?
Then, turn off Cell Data (next day, before 8:58)
Still get the beeps?
Is the time 8:58 important to you in any way? (Have you ever set any alarm to wake up, or other notification, for 8:58?) That might have been stored in your iCloud drive, and simply provides that setting to the iOS system when you first log in to your AppleID/iCloud drive.

It is still sound when I made the new Apple ID which is just made.

I guess you haven't tried those other possibilities (turn off one of the network connections prior to 8:58, then the other on the following day)
