It's been three and a half months since they were launched.
C'mon, that's over a year on Mercury, where OP may reside. Quit being astrophobic and recognize that MR is not only international, but interplanetary.More like a quarter, I'd say.

Too late. The demand disappeared after Christmas, so it doesn’t matter they can now make enough iPhones, most people won’t bother buying it now and just wait until September for the next model, unless their phone breaks.
I’m an in-store pickup/store purchase guy, and would not trust delivery unless I have no other option.I think Shirasaki is referring to the part where a 256GB iPhone 14 Pro Max in Silver is Not available today at 10 nearest stores and so Apple is recommending a 256GB iPhone 14 Pro Max in Gold instead if Shirasaki wanted one now (today).
We'll see if that's the case in about four months, when Apple lets us know about the January - March quarter results. Until then, speculation.Too late. Might as well wait, the iPhone 14 is now last year's model...Too late. The demand disappeared after Christmas, so it doesn’t matter they can now make enough iPhones, most people won’t bother buying it now and just wait until September for the next model, unless their phone breaks.
sales numbers still get out through 3rd party stats. It’s a shame they bury sales numbers, I’d love to know how many 14 Pro units are selling. They seen popular.
To be fair, the chip shortage wasn't their fault & scalpers taking advantage of the situation caused the issue in the first place.Meanwhile Sony still hasn’t figured out PS5 supply two years in
I went to an Apple Store the first week or two a couple times—once right after they opened—and there was only limited stock. Then, at&t screwed us out of our bill credits from our previous 12 series phones and trade-ins (they finally relented, though it left me firmly against signing up for a similar offer from them again. Deceitful, dark patterns at every turn). Recently, I gave up and finally pulled the trigger on a reputable reseller on Ebay on an unlocked 512GB 14 Plus, and I'm grateful everything worked out like it did. One of my hesitations with the Pro Maxes was that they kept getting heavier. The 14 Plus not only looks better than my 12 Pro Max side-by-side (perhaps OLEDs fade?), but feels like a generational leap forward (or backward, as it were) in-hand. Maybe the 15 Ultra will deliver on all metrics, but I'm more than happy to be trying out the 14 Plus for 10mos or so.
