iPhone 14 Pro iPhone 14 Pro Camera non function issue

Have had my iPhone 14 Pro since launch and this evening whilst on holiday was unable to take photos, the front facing camera was black, unable to use and the phone is reportedly saying that my camera is not an original part? Really?
