iPhone 14 Pro Max iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't have Wi-Fi calling in options for me

Bought yesterday new iPhone 14 Pro Max dual sim, but it doesn't have a VoWifi option on Xr i had it but on new i can't find it in options. Any ideas what to do? Apple told me to go to operator but operator said its not their trouble:/

Make calls using Wi-Fi on iPhone

When iPhone has a low or weak cellular signal, use Wi-Fi Calling to make and receive calls through Wi-Fi.

Yes, i don't have the bar to turn on wifi calls like i had on my previous iPhone with same sim
Looks like bug of OS or something
Same for my gf she has no bar also

If you've both got the same issue on different devices it will be a sim card fault I expect.
You can try a factory reset if you want to rule out software, but that sounds to me like your simcard is outdated for the modem etc in the new phone.

I tried new sim with other operator that is stated on apple web site as operator that include VoWifi but it also doesn't appeared... Maybe they turned it of in Russia.... This new Sim i bought yesterday it should be the newest one
