iPhone 14 Pro only shooting at 9MP

Anyone else getting 9MP max photos on their IP14Pro? I have turned on proraw, set it to 48MP but all my photos are 9MP. Thought it might be a bug but the file sizes are small too, around 6mb. I have tried turning raw on and off switching focal lengths(lenses) absolutely no luck all are 9MP. Any help out there?

You have it set for 16:9 aspect ratio, instead of 4:3
4032x2268 is 16:9
4032x3024 is 4:3
