iPhone 14 unresponsive sometimes when charging

My iPhone 14 screen becomes unresponsive sometimes when on charge .has anyone had a similar problem
 
My iPhone 6 when charging would sometimes cause the cursor to jump all over thw place when typing in Notes app — so apparently its a long standing but not too common issue
