Apple's iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus are expected to be announced in just a matter of weeks, introducing over a dozen upgrades and changes to surpass the iPhone 14 models introduced last year.

After over a year of rumors about the upcoming devices, we have compiled all of the key differences the next-generation standard iPhone models are expected to feature based on information from reliable sources like Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, DSCC's Ross Young, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, and others. Many of these insights have been corroborated, but some have only been rumored in isolated reports. Nevertheless, MacRumors believes the following table represents a credible overall picture of what the iPhone 15 could look like compared to the iPhone 14:

I’ve got a 12 mini as my work phone. terrible battery life. There’s no way I’d have managed with it as my personal phone. I’m still enjoying an 8 plus.

seems to be basically little difference between the 14 and 15. What might make me upgrade is when they finally ditch the notch and the hilarious spin of the “dynamic island”. Yep I really want a crappy permanent hole in my display…. Can’t stand Face ID (it’s awful on the iPad Pros when compared to touch on the iPad mini) but as it isn’t going to be dropped I’ll wait til it’s implemented under the screen.

I wonder if Apple will make a new iPhone dock for the 15. I use the current dock that has the audio out port so I can run an audio cable from the dock to my older but fantastic sounding Cambridge Soundworks table radio. That radio does not have Bluetooth. The music from the phone to the radio sounds great. So I am hoping that Apple makes a USB-C dock.

2nd article and again being wrong about the U1 chip. Please fix that. You are supposed to give relatively good information to your audience, not the opposite.
Haven’t heard much about the upgraded U1 chip but going from 90nm to 7nm architecture certainly sounds impressive
Because it's wrong. U1 is based on 16nm FF. Also ZERO details if we get new U* chip or being based on 7nm. No idea who started with that rumor.

Some good upgrades here and coming from a 13 is a significant upgrade. I hope they a wrong about the frosted back though and the finish is glossy

Disappointed that there doesn't look to be a 15 mini.
This would be nice. All we can hope for is that we get a SE Mini. A few things are fact: apple feels that people the SE only because it is cheap. They also love good • better • best pricing schemes. I could see Apple doing SE mini @ 429, SE @ 529 and SE+ at 629 without destroying the latest iPhone #’d lineup.

It would not require too much retooling as they still have some semblance of these form factors in production; sort of like iPhone 6, 6S, 7, 8, SE2, SE3 which is giving us 9 years so far of 4.7” devices.

Edit: I might add that I bet the reason for not doing this so soon would be that maybe it would be a terrible idea to use form factors that appear to be identical to the current models, something which non savvy users might be thrown off by

Camera camera camera! For me it’s usually all about the camera.

Being able to most accurately see what my eyes do to preserve memories is important to me.

Yes, but I’m beginning to doubt whether the zoom lens on the Pro is worth the extra they charge for it. A 14 Pro is 1326 euros, compared to a plain 14 at 1016 euros, which I think is still a lot.

I bet the iPhone 15 will get a price cut, a least in Europe.
I won’t upgrade if no price cut 😕

that's why I wait and got the 13 mini, IMO to my needs the battery is fine, I charged around every 48 hours.
