Anywhere from a couple of minutes to several minutes after the scheduled time.

That was the smoothest pre-order I have ever done for an iPhone...of course, it's been 4 years since my last one. AT&T even let me in early and I was done before 5am PST. At least the days of frantically hoping to get a device that will deliver on release date is long gone. Now back to bed.
