iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro Models Now Available for Pre-Order

I run 3 devices every year (iPhone, iPad and Mac). Store is still down on my iPad and on my Mac. Took my phone off of wifi and was able to pre-order an iPhone 15 Pro Max 256 but now can't pre-order the iPhone 15 Pro (keep getting error message). Store is still down on my iPad and on my Mac.
 
Getting an error message on iOS about retrieving my pre-order (from iUP pre-pre-order).
Store is still down on web.

It gave me error messages, saying my device was no longer available - closed out entirely and seemingly canceled my whole pre-order save. After numerous attempts and bugs, I surprisingly got an e-mail that it went through despite no confirmation via the app.

I will say I like the pre-order setup flow vs the last time I did this (iPhone 12 era). I only had to re-login and hit "Place Order" (although they should eliminate that part, too, and just let me pre-preorder and execute it at preorder time without me having to get up early 🤷‍♂️)
 
I got in initially, got an error message for my upgrade program preorder (session timed out) and now can’t get back int. C’mon, what’s going on???

App Store still showing down, luckily I used the app and got my order in at 13:04 - Apple Pay failed as well lol so had to checkout again and use normal checkout and then verify it was me.

Stressfull 10 minutes as always 🤣
 
Went live at 5:04am for me on the US West Coast. The website went live before the Apple Store app on my phone. 15 Pro 512 in blue delivering on the 22nd!
 
I’m part of the upgrade program. I had all my pre-order information complete. I went into the app this morning and it told me my session had timed out and I lost all my pre-order info. I went back in and started over. Then it gave me an error message when checking my upgrade eligibility. I tried a third time and now it doesn’t even give me the upgrade option. It just asks me some questions on a trade-in to get an estimate. And the website doesn’t even have the buy option yet. Nice work Apple. You’d think after this many years they’d have this all figured out. 🙄

Using the App store of course. Just keeps searching for my preorder information...then it says error. You'd think a 2.5 trillion dollar company that's done tons of launched would be able to do this correctly and on time.

Just for the record, this was not a scheduled post and we always wait to post until at least one of the editorial team sees it's live. But it's a bit of a rolling launch, so it doesn't go live for everyone at the same time. Just because you're not seeing it at the moment doesn't mean others can't get in.

And as is pretty much always the case, the app went live before the website.
