Wow!
Same in the UK. A £100 drop in price. This is a big deal for me as the constant price increases by Apple started making me disillusioned with their product Announcements. I stopped getting excited about new features as I expected pricing to grow prohibitive.

I am actually shocked. Maybe it did not sell as well in Europe either? When did Apple ever give back.

Now I feel almost tempted to upgrade my iPhone 12 PM but I must resist!

The reason is that the dollar was very strong/ the euro very weak last year. So there was no "real" price increase, and it was just caused by the concurrency.

Apple has lowered prices in at least parts of Europe before. In the UK, for example, they lowered iPhone prices two years in a row (2020 and 2021).
