I ordered a blue one as well. Also have a black one coming. Been a long time since I’ve had dark colored iPhones.
I've only had silver iPhones until this one. I'm really happy I went to the Apple store to see all the colors in person. Good thing I did because I was set on getting white titanium but the dark blue was so impressive. Pictures really don't do it justice. I wasn't even expecting to get a phone today considering I was a walk in with no appointment. Luckily someone had cancelled on a unlocked (no carrier) blue 512gb ProMax and I was like SOLD!

The whole indexing myth yes it does some stuff in the back group but doesn’t last long, the issue is the 3nm cheap isn’t anymore efficient and they have no heat management, iPhones have always had the same issue it can’t handle heat well, I can’t even play call of duty mobile on 14 pro max or the newer one with 2min the screen dims and whole is red hot, they say this phone can play aaa games and that’s lies no chance you would need a air con unit on the back of it, even max tech spoke about it. The only thing I like is the usb c and that wasn’t even what Apple wanted to give us, they have gotten lazy; no new charging speeds or MagSafe speed no better batt tech nothing major or groundbreaking, they spend more time about the environment than speaking about real tech upgrades
I just played several rounds of COD on Pro Max 15 and it barely got warm …

Does anyone have the halide app on their 15 pro max?? If so could you post screenshots of the technical readout of each camera and its minimum / maximum ISO’s are for each sensor? It’s found in settings under information. I’m curious to see what is listed. Thanks….

Love the Color

I think I'm color blind lol, is that white or neutral?

My 15P feels way smaller than my 13P
I feel the same. I traded my 13P on a 13 mini because the pro just felt too bulky.

Now I’m using a 15P and to me it’s perfect.

The weight redistribution is something else.

It’s crazy how 20 grams can make the phone feels so much lighter, I suspect the rounded edges make it feel lighter as well since it’s not digging into your fingers.

Pretty disappointed about the lens flare on the cameras though, whatever they did it seems worse than the 14 pro’s. Any direct bright lights at night destroy the images.

So I was just using the flashlight and noticed something I’ve never seen before in the dynamic island, must be a iPhone 15 exclusive, A17 pro devices only ☺️☺️

Set up yesterday via phone to phone transfer after updating all devices to latest OSes - was easy but still have a handful of apps where I’ve lost my logins…
So first impressions after a couple of hours in hand:
- does feel smaller and lighter which I like (no way I want to give up that gorgeous screen).
- trying the fine woven case first. Very much like the feel. Will see over days ahead if I miss the stickiness of silicone and switch back to minimise risk of drops and breakage while travelling. Like the dark blue look too. For me it goes well with the very dark camera area.
- that action button is all too easy to trigger. Will see if I can get that into muscle memory (was still occasionally making unwanted screenshots on previous phone).
Now to see if I notice any difference in coming days when actually using the phone!

Guys, if any of you natural titanium owners use it with green or mulberry finewoven cases (or even clay silicone) can you please show some pics? I got taupe, but I’m curries to see how natural looks with those other colors

I agree, was comparing with the natural Titanium and felt I would prefer the White long term. The natural titanium is a little too gray for me especially living in place with gray skies 6 months out of the year.
Ditto. Unfortunately, I am checking stock all day long - there are none, literally none to be had anywhere in a 100 km radius. No Pro Maxs in any colour or capacity in Greater Toronto Area. 0 stock.
I will continue trying for two weeks, including going to the local Apple Store today and seeing if I can get one for walk-in registration. Unless I am very much mistaken, I think there is a separate walk-in registration stock that is not visible on Apple Store/App and, as a result, stock checker apps.
I can live with Natural Titanium, but I'd rather have White.

Yes!!! Thank you!!

I wanted to know what the maximum ISO was on the 5x telephoto lens. FINALLY it’s above ISO 2688, which is what the 13 & 14 pro / max has for it’s 3x camera. Not good at all in low light. This is a huge improvement! The 3x on the 14 pro max is only good in the day or bright light. Now I’ll have much more freedom for subjects when using the 5x camera on the 15 pro max. Thank you for posting. I couldn’t find the data online.

So the minimum focus distance for the telephoto is 1350mm (53.15 inches or 4.4 feet). That’s good to know. Any closer and the 1x camera takes over. Everyone should take note of the minimum focus distance. Thanks again.

And thank you for interpreting some of this tech spec data. I’m not an expert and easily get lost in the details of camera specs!

It looks like this is part of a super cycle analyst were talking about. There are about 250 million iPhones eligible to upgrade, compounding that with folks who are upgrading from even last years model, Apple is gonna busy over the next six months.

Good morning everyone. Trying to post more on here as I usually just read the forums. My first take is software wise not much of an upgrade. But I love how light and smaller form the phone is and it is definitely noticeable to me. USB c not that big of a deal except it’s nice that I can charge iPad and phone on same cord. I wish they would sell a usb c case for AirPods instead of having to buy a whole new pair. Screen brightness seems fine as long as True Tone is off which I’ve never used anyway. 5x zoom is nice! The action button isn’t that big for me bc I like to just use it for mute with have often I have to mute my phone for work situations.

The 16 pro max I could see going up in size and having the same size body as the 14 pro max which is what I wish they would have done this go around but I get it they are running out of special things to add so they have to space it out. All around the size and weight are probably the biggest things I like about this update.
