I'm around :35 with Oct 9-16 and mine hasn't moved yet (white titanium 512gb pro max)

I finished around :31 and haven’t gotten a change. Same boat.

When I clicked on buy now it showed 9/22 as delivery. But the email I received states Oct 4-9. So I know I’m on the bubble. Alas, no change for mine as of right now.

That means they are not selling as well as anticipated!

I more incline to say Apple is able to produce more to accommodate the demand or there are cancellations that freed-up reserved stocks after original shipping date is posted.

Everyday now I’m checking UPS app to see if there’s any movement. Always a fun time of year, even though this was first year I’ve ordered a phone on the Apple Store. Usually I order my watch through Apple and phone through Verizon.

Apple does tend to under promise and over deliver, so I wouldn't expect a launch day phone if your date is in November, but it could move up to late October for sure.

Either lots of cancellations or more inventory was allocated. I suspect there will be a lot of cancelled orders once reviews come in if they are not sufficiently glowing of the phone compared to the 14

So yesterday after the hiccups with online ordering through Apple, my ETA ended up at October 9-16th. I just checked to see if any changes have taken place and it moved all the way to launch day! Very unexpected 😃
For anyone with a non-launch day ETA, check your order status-it may have changed.

I strongly doubt "lots of cancellations." IMO most cancelations are due to buyers canceling one order to reorder/move to a faster delivery - - like I did last year. Net zero change to sales by those.
