Hello everyone, I purchased my mom an iPhone 15 Promax when we did the setup the phone was very warm, and at one point it was burning my hand we did it back up via iCloud while the phone was charging.

The phone was warm once it was done charging we took it off the charger It was still warm.

We connected my mom's all 14 Pro Max to coconut battery and we found the temperatures on that phone being 26 Celsius, and on the 15th promax it was 30 Celsius to 32 Celsius is that considered normal, and is the phone being warm normal?

The phone is in the case but the screen is warm. Even the back of the phone is warm. Also, it's not even being used much the battery was made on September 25. It says coconut battery.

I want to be sure if the warm is normal.

The warm is normal use the phone as you normally would . You’ll have to upgrade to the 16pro max they’ll. Have a hardware fix for the minor heat issues. Apple knows what they doing and in the business of selling devices.

Some warmth when charging or setting up is usually normal nothing to worry about. The 15 Pro Max does run a bit warmer than previous models though. As long as it's not too hot to touch, I wouldn't stress. Monitor it over the next few days of normal use - if the warmth goes away and it performs well otherwise, it's probably fine.

Setting up your new phone and charging at the same time will guarantee a warm phone, especially if you are using a fast charger. I did me setup with a 5 watt charger and it barely got warm during set up.

I have iPhone 15 Pro and 14 Pro, one with LG GVC display and other with Samsung G9P
15 Pro have an ice screen, bluish, 14 Pro is reddish, warm

The problem isn't what smartphone, 15/14, but the display produced, perhaps you have a 14 with G9N and a 15 with G9Q and it seems warm, poor
