Nice comparison. Except color temperature no perceptible difference in details and textures.


I think I should cancel my pre-order for 15 pro max(due for delivery tomorrow).

I believe the camera hardware is the same for 14 and 15 it’s just software changes — apart from the 5x lens, of course.

Sharpening toned down on 15 Pro for sure, you can tell in the photos with trees, but still too much sharpening IMO.

14 pro max vs 15 pro max. Huge difference!
The 14 pro max uses very high iso (12,500) and shows less detail and the stars are elongated due to trailing.

The 15 pro max used lower iso (3200) for the same 30” exposure and has no star trailing. Both photos were edited with the same settings in Lightroom mobile.
