iPhone 15 Silicone Clay Case looks NOTHING like online photos

I've also received one of these. It's quite a big surprise as you'd imagine Apple would get these basics right. I don't hate the real colour, but I perhaps wouldn't have ordered it. I imagine swapping it out will be a real pain so I may keep it for now, though I do have my eye on the green case...

Definitely much darker than shows online but I think I’ll end up keeping mine.

Same here. Arrived today. Clay and winter blue. Wanted the lightness of the renders to contrast with my blue titanium pro max. Both probably going back. So very disappointing.

Honestly the real clay looks way better on the Natural Titanium than the online pic would imo. I bought it after seeing some videos of it. Never would've considered that weird shade Apple shows.

I went to Apple Store today to pick up the Green Silicone Case for my dad. I ended up pick up the Otter Box case for myself . Unlike the silicone case, the OtterBox looks much better outside than in the pic. Depend on the light, the shade of blue changes.


Bonus that the Quava color is a disaster.

Yeah most of the colors on all the cases including silicone and finewoven don’t match the boxes at all. Very surprising.

Got mine to try and match the Natty TiPhone and my new AW Ultra 2 with the olive band…

It didn’t.

So I put it in a drawer and now go caseless as the phone looks and feels better that way anyway…

I have the Natural Titanium Pro Max and the clay case accentuates it perfectly. I’m glad it’s more gray and less brown

It’s very difficult to capture how dark this case is. Yes, it looks pretty good with NattyTi but it is darker than you think.

This room has 4- 2,200 lumen, 6500k daylight cans. So super harsh. All photos look make the case look lighter than in real life. It does not look as good with the Olive Alpine loop as I had hoped.


EDIT.... Photos are too big to load here... copied the "sticker" or whatever out. looks stupid. Oh, wel.

Yup. Same here. Crazy different.

yep got mine... color on the website, box, and case are all entirely different lol. it for sure a medium/dark gray clay color... no real browns and not light in color.
