Heating problems so bad with the 15, they hit the big time national news on right now. Apple not happy to be seeing this for sure.

112 degrees should be fixed by software claims Apple released today.

YouTuber iphonedo claims it was the instagram app.
and he's only partially right. I had no issue with the app, my heating up issue was mostly related to phone calls. I was able to browse instagram without issue and watched videos for hours over the course of the day without any heat. make a 10 minute phone call though and forget it.

Apple will do whatever it takes to avoid a hardware issue. A recall or some sort of claim would be massive With the amount of devices. Dewey, Cheatem and Howe already working on their class action lawsuit.
Of course as with most companies.... throttling is just where they started ...recalls are not fun for any company, especially those that are FDA regulated...they will try and throttle for heat issues and say that it doesnt affect anything..so was bad design out of the gate? Even more reason that next year will have the beta stuff fixed hopefully.

Hope all impacted customers would get the issue fixed and be able to enjoy their phone free of issues.
