And yes, I use the cable and charger that come with it. First, I thought it was the charger, so I had Anker send me a replacement. However, it seems like the issue is with my phone. My phone charges perfectly on the Apple MagSafe charger, but when it comes to this stand, for some reason, it charges slowly, I mean 2/3W slowly. It should be charging at 15W.
I took it to the Apple Store, and they performed a diagnosis on my phone. They said they found no issues.
The only way I can fix this problem is by restarting my phone. When I do that, then all of a sudden it starts charging at the full 15W.
Anyone else having this problem?
