I can't find any iphone 15 pro models under US$899. Where is everyone finding the $599 iPhone 15 pro? I've scoured what I think are the major 3rd party vendors. Can some one point me to a $599 iPhone 15 pro? Thank you so much!! :)
I want to know as well! $599 for an 15 pro and I'll finally upgrade from my XR

I realized that all I really want is for my 15P to make calls, text, and check with the few apps I regularly use. I don't do emails, internet browsing, etc. In other words, I don't use my 15P as my main computer. I have a M4 Max studio pro for that.
It's almost as if you, like 90% of Pro owners, don't actually need or use the extra features Pro phones offer. So why get the Pro in the first place? Genuinely asking.

The pros of the 16e doesn’t really cater to those with “basic needs”. If you can get a 15P at or near 599, the other QOL stuff is just better. If you can have all those nicer stuff for a lot less money, just take it. I wouldn’t for $999, but I would for $599.

That also wouldn’t be an issue if the 16e had a more basic price. This is the iPad10 again. Started $100 too much for a “basic” model. Apple then fixed that by dropping it later down and then also introducing the A16 at $349.

"Nicer" goes beyond a spech sheet. I prefer the simplicity, light weight and great battery life over a heavier, clunkier phone. I've had Pro phones - I'm not a Pro nor a photographer and it's just unnecessary for most. ProMotion is cool but it's a cell phone. I use it as such.

128GB iPhone 15 Pro is $649.00 from Total Wireless when you switch [i.e. port in a number to them and buy 1 month of Total 5G+ plan @ $65.00 ($60.00 with auto pay)]. Phone unlocks after 60 days.

256GB iPhoe 15 Pro is $749.00 from Total with same requirements (port in and Total 5G+ plan)

If you buy through Capital One Offers cash back site, you'll get 14% cash back

and if you have and pay with a Chase credit card using their Total Wireless cash back offer, you'll get 25% back ($15 max).

This would make a 128GB iPhone 15 Pro = $649.00 + $65.00 (1 month of Total 5G+ plan) - $99.96 (Capital One 14% cash back) - $15.00 (Chase cash back) = $599.04 + any taxes and fees.

If you need a number to port into them because you don't want to use yours, buy 1 month plan from Tello wireless. The 100 minutes talk / unlimted text / no data plan is $5.00 + taxes and fees.

You only need to pay for 1 month of pre-paid service with Total Wireless. For the 2nd month it will have no service. After 60 days from activation date, the iPhone 15 Pro will automatically be unlocked (connect it to wi-fi network on day 61 so iPhone receives unlock signal) and then you can use transfer your main phone's eSIM to it.

If the 15 Pro model is available at around the price of 16e, I would definitely go for the Pro. Not sure whether one can find a new, unopened 15 Pro at that price now.

Maybe in other parts of the world you can find a used 15 Pro at these prices, but here the prices are completely different - new 15 Pro 128GB cost €1030, refurbished €929, and used with 88-90% battery €700-800…

No problem. Considering it's been over 1.5 years + since I made the decision, I figured I would put in just one of the many posts I found comparing the 15 base vs the pro. Plus, the 15 doesn't support AI. At that point in time I was interested in AI, not so much now days. Lastly, I was pretty sure it might be the last phone I would buy, at least for a while so that helped make my decision. Lastly, since I always trade in a phone AND I get the veterans discount I end up paying less than half of what the cost would be without those. To me, it just seemed like a better choice.

I can get my hands on a NEW iPhone 16E 512GB or a almost new (with 3 month local shop warranty) iPhone 15 Pro Max 512GB for the same price. I'm obviously making the right decision to go 15 Pro Max yeah and support a small business?

I don't understand the point of this article as there is a 252 euros difference between the two models...
