The Plus models were great for those who don’t need a Pro Max. And in truth, that’s a big percentage of owners who will never shoot video in Log. Thought experiment: how many Pro owners know what prores 422 HQ is? Or know what to do with it?

I don't know what it is, but I got my 15 Pro Max as it has the 5x telephoto lens and also 120hz.

I don't care for shooting in log, or even ProRAW tbh, I don't care about the fact that the Pro models have faster USB-C transfer speeds, a lot of that stuff I happily don't care for.

If the Air has the rumored 120hz, I would seriously consider dropping down from the Pro Max as I don't use nearly as much of the other Pro features as I could do.

Or depending on how battery life compares to the Air, I'd drop down to a regular Pro, I've had enough of Pro Max sized phones now.

This product makes zero sense to me. People who want a big screen don’t care how thin the device is. It’s also lacking a lot compared to the Pro models yet commands a premium price.

I haven't met anyone in the past 10 years who wanted a thinner phone. Better battery, better camera, larger screen, but not thinner.
