IF I upgrade to the 17PM I will check out the look of that orange, if it is like the action button on the Ultra, that'll be my 1st choice.

Is it bad that the colorways in the fake thumbnail looks so much better than the actual ones?

Also, bring back red you cowards. Still rocking my Product(Red) 14 Plus.
Hopefully if a lot of people respond to the aspirational renders, the actual people in charge at Apple might be swayed as well. In the meantime, it helps remind us things don't have to be boring.

would be nice to have colors that are not light pastels.. but I won't count on it.
I think of pastels as mostly Spring or Easter holiday colors. Or Jordan almonds at a June wedding. I'd rather have something either deep and metallic, or organic. I used to laugh at colors like Zune brown, but now I think a deep chocolate or leather would be fun. Especially if it's got a bit "scuffed" on the edges.

Apple chooses very conservative colors for its phones.

Which Airs were colorful? I can’t remember one that wasn’t pastel or a neutral tone.
I said most colorful, yes Apple has never done anything truly colorful since the iPhone 5C, but the Air are typically more colorful, than the non-air versions. But these rumors look like the basic 17 will have more/brighter colors than the Air.

The ring makes it look copper or bronze.
It doesn’t look like that to me, in particular when put next to the body’s Pantone color:

Most people use a case so who cares what color the phone is.
Those who don’t use a case (or use a clear case). Duh.

Also, the large camera bar makes a substantial portion of the colored phone visible even when you use a non-clear case.

The 17 basic colors are fugly im gonna end with the boring black again.

I only like the dark blue of the heavy pro.
