iPhone 17 PM f stop after photo taken.

On my iPhone 16 PM it would allow me to change the f stop ( make background out of focus ) after image was taken. The “F” symbol would show as an option when taking photos but no longer does on my iPhone 17 PM. Is there a setting I’m over looking? Thanks.
