CarPlay issues seem to be happening to folks on iOS 26 in general - not specifically iPhone 17 hardware.

I believe that this might be a simular issue. I noticed when I use my 2015 iPad Pro connected to my new iPhone 17 PM using a hotspot the connection dropped twice.

I never had a dropped connection with my iPhone 15 PM in the exact place?

Been a week no problems like any of this on my 2 TB 17PM

Problem solved by buying new wireless modul and it running fine. Setup: Mercedes S-class 2020, IP 17 Pro Max, Watch Ultra 3.

Shame on you Apple. Those are exepnsive toys and it has been reported week ago and what, nothing.

Hi, for those who thought that ios 26.0.1 (released today) fix the problem... Nope still same with CarPlay. For my lucky I have new module which is working perefctly fine (Adapter Ottocast Play2Video Pro Android Auto CarPlay).

So far so good in my 2016 Hyundai, used it for over an hour earlier as I just got the phone today no issues but I only have wired car play.
