There's been a few on Weibo as well over the past few days. If you're willing to pay the 20k fine, anyone can unbox and activate it.

I cannot see the apple logo on the back.

It's there if you look carefully. The color temp of his studio lights is yellowish/orange which hides the logo.

The orange glass is a pretty strong contrast compared to the aluminum case.
