We ordered some new iPhones last month and some of them haven't turned up. I contacted our supplier (T-Mobile Deutschland) and the 17e has delivery delays of 3-4 weeks at the moment. The 16s we were ordering seem to be turning up next day, or were in April and the beginning of May - our users get the choice of a 16 or 17e.
I don't know if other models are affected - I bought my wife a 17 in March, direct from Apple, and it turned up about 3 or 4 days later, but that was 2.5 months ago, so the situation might have changed.
