Hi, My wife was using her iPhone 17e (4 months old) and her screen went blank. Now the phone is still alive as notification were still being sent to it. Tried all the usual things to see if we could get it back but nothing worked. Got it booked into the Apple store Glasgow tomorrow so hopefully can get it fixed. Looks like either a loose or failed screen. Anybody else have this happen?
