iPhone 2.0 not recognized by Organizer in Xcode

Hi, I have installed iPhone SDK and have joined the iPhone Dev Program. I connect my iPhone to a Macbook Pro, and open Xcode 3.1 organizer, with the SDK installed, but I dont see my device in the device list at all on the left, however iTunes 7.7 shows that the Mac is reading the device. It worked up to about a few days ago.

BTW I have tried using my iphone on a MacBook, and it shows up in the Organizer fine.:confused:
