iPhone 2G activation 11222 error?

I just got off the phone with att. she told me to sync it to my pc....but I get a " 11222 error. itunes store is unavailable try again later"

Could be a couple things, they're rolling out the 4.0 update, so there may be a problem with the activation servers. Just to make sure, you're not trying to upgrade to 4.0, are you? Good luck with the 2G, best looking phone out there until Thursday

Can't even sync my 2G iPhone. There's a post here mentioning Apple is aware of the problem.

I got it to work...went out came home and it worked
