iPhone 2G activation 11222 error?

I just got off the phone with att. she told me to sync it to my pc....but I get a " 11222 error. itunes store is unavailable try again later"

Could be a couple things, they're rolling out the 4.0 update, so there may be a problem with the activation servers. Just to make sure, you're not trying to upgrade to 4.0, are you? Good luck with the 2G, best looking phone out there until Thursday 🙂

Can't even sync my 2G iPhone. There's a post here mentioning Apple is aware of the problem.

I got it to work...went out came home and it worked
