Could you explain your problem? I see multiple problems with the iPhone in the video.

First and most obvious, the screen is damaged.

Second(I'm guessing this is the problem you're experiencing), it won't boot up. I suggest putting it in DFU mode and restoring it to the latest stock firmware with iTunes.
