iPhone 3.0 Hardware?

So maybe I'm just blind/deaf, but there are all these rumors and whatnot about the iPhone 3.0 software update, but what's the plan for a NEW iPhone? What's it going to have? Is there even going to be a new one? Just updated storage? What's the deal?

i'm thinking most likely just new colors, better camera, faster processory, and video capabilities...i doubt there will be a front facing one or anything huge...

maybe different form factor or size
