Hi,

Just wandering if anyone has had their MMS from O2 that is supposed to signify that MMS is working on their phone, because i haven't had mine, and, well, it isnt working lol.

Text MMS to 1010 and they will activate it for you.

It took about half an hour for the welcome message to arrive. 🙂

i've done that. twice. and hour and half ago.

edit: ahh cool, ill just wait a bit then 🙂

I updated mine directly through itunes this evening and i was automatically sent a text from o2 confirming I could use mms. Was this not the case for you?

If not o2 says to do the above

Yes it works. 😎

Ive been running 3.0 for a week now and mms works great!😀
After i upgraded the phone seemed to connect to o2 it self to activate mms its self

Tried to send an MMS, 1010 sent a text back to me basically telling me to hold my horses, they'll message me when I can sent MMS messages... a couple of minutes later and all was well and good in the world.

O2 Twitter:

"Huge backlog of requests for MMS. We are working as fast as we can to process the requests and everyone should be set up within a few hours."

I didn't even get the message telling me to wait a while?

Tried sending a couple of requests over the past two hours and I've still got no reply.
