I'm currently on iOS 4.1 baseband 05.14.02. Is my phone unlockable? If so, what is the best method to do so?

Technically yes it is. The new unlock is a little more frisky. You have to upgrade your iPhone baseband to an iPad baseband in order to unlock. Read all about the new unlock here: www.blog.iphone-dev.org
