Iphone 30 day return Policy

My home button has been un responsive. It doesnt happen all the time but to the point to where it is annoying. Ive only had my iphone for 1-2 weeks. Can i exchange it for a new one?

No, as long as it's within the 14 days. Where did you buy it from? Do you still have the receipt?

If i dont have the receipt anymore can they i still? Also do i need an appoinment to do this or can i just go to the apple store
