iPhone 3G 8GB Random Freezes - Problem?

It's unlocked & I want to say Jailbroken but I can't install themes on it..

It will randomly just become unresponsive to touch. I have to put it so sleep and wake it up again to make it work. Sometimes it wont even slide to unlock... What could the problem be here?

The theme may be incompatible or there may be a conflict with something else you've installed?

What iOS version are you running on? Have you tried to restore?

3.1.3 is my iOS and my Modern Firmware is 06.15.00

Do a factory restore, get rid of the jailbreak.
