iPhone 3G and Exchange Difficulty

    Hi,

    After numerous tries, I successfully "verified" an activesync email account through the settings on the iPhone, as though it worked.

    But emails are not coming in or going out. Our IT person says that they've checked all the things on the Apple checklist and it should all be good.

    SSL is off.

    Any ideas?

    Make sure you have your username\FullDomanName entered as your username, including the backslash.
