iPhone 3G apps not syncing

Hi, I have updated to iOS 4, but the apps are not syncing from iTunes. I thought It might have been the Jailbreak, but even after restoring the apps are not syncing.

Any ideas?

I'll just re-download them from the app store.

This needs to be fixed though. Sent feedback.
