If a thread is closed it is done so for a reason. It is not for you to decide to "reopen" it.

That thread was closed because despite numerious moderator warnings the thread was continually bumped, had a lot of off-topic chit chat, insults and in general took far too much moderator time with a total of 96 separate actions.
